Student Activities

The Saturday Environmental Academy offers a unique outdoor educational opportunity for 7th and 8th graders who live in the Anacostia River watershed. Through this free, fun, educational experience, students learn about their river; its history, health, and ecology while developing their skills in team building, critical thinking, and scientific investigation.
