Our privacy policy is very simple: We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. Your personal information is used only for its expressed purposes; we will not give, share, sell, rent or transfer your personal information to an outside party.

Non-personal Information We Record:

Information Collected from Interactive Forms:
On some of our web pages, we offer interactive forms that let you voluntarily submit personal information (such as your e-mail address, name, or organization). This occurs when you subscribe to our eNewsletter or submit a comment form. In those cases, all submitted information is used only for the expressed purposes for which it is intended and is not made available to any third party.
Information from E-mail You Send to Us:

We do NOT distribute lists of e-mail addresses to any parties outside of the Bay Backpack.

The cookies on Bay Backpack web pages do not collect personal information about you, but they collect information about your browser "session." Except as required by law, we do not share our e-mail with any other outside organizations.
